Snap Supplements Nitric Oxide Review: Are Snap’s Organic Beet Powders, Capsules, Gummies or Chews Best?
Snap Supplements is a US brand known for premium nutritional products. Some of their bestsellers include Nitric Oxide Organic Beets, Pre Workout powder, Heart Health capsules, Beet Soft chews and Nitric Oxide gummies.
These supplements combine organic beetroot with other cardiovascular superfoods, like pomegranate, red spinach, acai and olive leaf extract.
In this guide I’ll examine five of Snap’s best beet supplements, covering all of their ingredients, pros and cons, taste, customer feedback, where to find them, and a verdict on their effectiveness.
Overall, I’m quite impressed with this brand and their nitric oxide precursor formulas, red superfood powders and heart health supplements. Though I do have some criticisms of their chews and gummies.
You can see the top 3 I’d take and why here at the end. The Table of Contents just below can also take you to any of Snap’s beet powders, capsules, gummies or chews you’re interested in.
Snap’s Nitric Oxide Beet Range
Snap has beetroot-based supplements in both their Nitric Oxide range and a separate Heart Beets line. This can be a bit confusing for customers.
Often there are different products with identical ingredients, such as Nitric Oxide Organic Beets and Heart Beets powder. These two both have the same formula, net weight and serving size, just with different packaging.
The same goes for Nitric Oxide Beet Soft chews and Heart Beets chews, or Nitric Oxide gummies and Heart Beets gummies. Same ingredient lists, just different labels.
Some products are only sold under the Nitric Oxide branding, like the Pre Workout powder and Heart Health Support capsules covered ahead.
Given this, I thought it best to focus on Snap’s more popular Nitric Oxide supplements in this review. Keep in mind that the pros and cons, supplement facts and pros and cons are relevant for their Heart Beets powder, gummies and chews as well.
All that covered, ahead is the most comprehensive guide to Snap’s Nitric Oxide range online. Let’s start with the one I think is the best.
1. Snap Supplements Nitric Oxide Organic Beet Powder — 3 in 1 Circulation Superfood
Snap’s Nitric Oxide supplement is a powdered blend of organic beetroot and organic pomegranate juice, along with Oxystorm, a patented red spinach extract that’s standardized to contain at least 9% nitrates. This red powder also provides vitamin C and B vitamins.
The combination of these three superfoods makes this product particularly good for supporting cardiovascular health and normalizing blood flow, as proven in research like this on the nitrates in beets.
Increased energy and better performance at the gym are also commonly reported, and backed up by studies like this one on OxyStorm.
Ingredients List
- Nitric Oxide Complex: 6,853 mg

Snap Supplements also offer their Heart Beets powder on their website snapsupplements.com. The ingredients, serving size and product weight is identical to the Nitric Oxide Support powder though, only the packaging is different.
Customer Feedback on Taste and Effectiveness
Snap’s Nitric Oxide Organic Beets powder currently has a 4.4 star rating out of 5 on Amazon, with 85% of consumer feedback 4 and 5-stars. The majority of reviewers said it mixed well and they were happy with the taste, though some thought it was a bit sweet. I couldn’t find any of the usual complaints about beet’s ‘earthy’ flavor.
Many people reported more energy as a noticeable benefit, and some said they felt it had improved their circulation. Overall, there were very few negative comments about Snap’s nitric oxide booster that I could see.
Common consumer feedback themes:
- ”Looked through a lot of beet juice options on Amazon. I picked this one as it is organic. Tastes great, mixes well, I actually use a little less than recommended and it’s still rich. Will buy it again.”
- ”Since I have been taking this supplement I’ve had improvements in my circulation and no unwanted side effects…”
- ”The mixed berry flavoring is better than I anticipated… Benefits-wise the ingredients are known to have a positive effect on your cardiovascular system.”
- ”I feel like this product has helped my energy. I have told my friends/family who have also tried and love it. The taste is actually really good. I think it’s worth it.”
Pros and Cons
Pros
- 6,853 mg of organic beet powder, pomegranate juice powder and red spinach extract in every serving. Added vitamin C, B3 and B12. Piperine for better nutrient absorption.
- Natural flavors and sweetened with organic stevia rather than artificial sweeteners. Organic rice fiber is the only filler. Manufactured in a cGMP facility in America.
- High star rating on Amazon and positive customer feedback on both the flavor and health benefits of this red powder.
Cons
- There are larger yet cheaper organic beet options in this guide to the best beet powders. Snap’s 3 in 1 Circulation Superfood formula is unique though.
Snap Nitric Oxide Organic Beets Verdict and Where to Get It
Snap Supplements Nitric Oxide is an impressive powdered blend of beetroot, pomegranate juice and high-nitrate red spinach extract. All the ingredients are certified organic, and a daily 8.1-gram serving of this red superfood powder provides a lot of beneficial nutrients, particularly for cardiovascular health.
Customer feedback commonly mentions extra energy and lower bp, overall ratings are positive on taste and mixability, and it’s good value here on their popular Amazon listing with over 15,000 reviews.
I think Snap’s Nitric Oxide beet powder is comparatively better than competitor brands like Total Beets or Super Beets. It’s a bit more to get, but its combination of organic beets, high-antioxidant pomegranate juice, and concentrated nitrates from OxyStorm makes it worth it in my opinion.
2. Pre Workout Nitric Oxide Booster Review — Energy Formula
Snap Supplements’ Pre Workout powder is made with beetroot, maca, ginseng, acerola, green tea, rhodiola rosea and black pepper, all of them organic. As well as natural vitamin C and the B vitamins B3, B6 and B12.
It also has a good amount of the amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline, known to support nitric oxide production within your body. As well as added beta alanine, a nutrient which can improve your strength in the gym by increasing muscle carnosine levels.
It’s a potent list of ingredients overall and this product would be particularly beneficial to take for extra energy and better performance at the gym or before playing sports or exercising.
Ingredients List
- Preworkout Amino Acid Blend: 1.64 g
Beta Alanine, L-Arginine HCl, L-Citrulline Malate - Preworkout Power Blend: 5.65 g
Organic Beet Root, Organic Maca Root, Organic Panax Ginseng Root, Organic Acerola Fruit Extract, Organic Green Tea (contains 125 mg of Caffeine), Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract, Organic Black Pepper Fruit Extract (95% Piperine) - Supplement Facts: Calories: 15, Total Carbohydrates: 3 g, Total Sugars: 2 g, Includes 0 g Added Sugars, Dietary Fiber: 1 g, Vitamin C (from Organic Acerola Extract): 45 mg, Vitamin B3 (as Niacin): 25 mg, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl): 17 mg, Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin): 240 mcg, Sodium (from Real Salt Sodium Chloride): 47 mg
- Other Ingredients: Malic Acid, Organic and Natural Flavors, Rice Concentrate, Potassium Chloride, Organic Stevia Leaf Extract
- Serving Size: 1 Scoop (Approx. 8.2 g)
Servings Per Container: 30
Customer Feedback on Taste and Effectiveness
Snap Supplements Nitric Oxide Pre Workout has a 4.3-star rating on Amazon, with 83% 4 and 5-star reviews. A lot of people seem to like the results they get from taking this powder. Though some 1 and 2-star raters said they didn’t like the taste and others complained about the tub being only half full.
Some examples:
- ”I was nervous it would be gross and chalky tasting. It was really smooth and had a good flavor. Almost instantly felt more energy. I look forward to seeing benefits in BP.”
- ”At first I didn’t think it would give me much energy but I had a great workout with it and got a good pump from taking it.”
- ”This product is something that everyone should get. It’s truly a Godsend. The only downside is that the container is only half way full. ”

Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent ingredients with organic beet, maca, ginseng, acerola, green tea, rhodiola rosea, beta alanine, L-arginine and L-citrulline. Also has vitamin C, B3, B6 and B12.
- Snap’s Pre Workout nitric oxide booster is sweetened with organic stevia rather than artificial flavors and uses ‘organic and natural flavors’.
- Consumer reviewers say this product tastes good and is noticeably energizing.
Cons
- This supplement has 125 mg of caffeine from organic green tea. This would be a positive for many customers and aligns with its purpose as an energizing pre-workout formula. Some people are sensitive to caffeine though, and I’d definitely avoid taking this powder in the evening as it could affect your sleep.
- Other ingredients listed are malic acid (to make it tangy), rice concentrate and potassium chloride. These aren’t excessive additives or fillers compared to other beet powder competitors.
Nitric Oxide Pre Workout Verdict and Where to Get It
Snap’s Pre Workout powder is a strong formula with nitric oxide boosters like L-arginine and L-citrulline, organic beets and a range of other healthy superfoods, vitamin C and B vitamins, and beta alanine for raising muscle carnosine levels. It’s best used in the morning for extra energy, and especially before gym or exercise.
You can find it here on this Amazon page with lots of customer feedback on the results people are getting from using this product.
While it’s far from the cheapest pre-workout powdered beets supplement on the market, I personally think it’s superior to the more popular Super Beets Energy Plus powder at a similar price point.
3. Snap Heart Health Supplement — Blood Flow Complex
Snap’s Heart Health Support capsules are made with organic beetroot powder, olive leaf, garlic, hibiscus flower, pomegranate, green coffee bean, turmeric and hawthorn berry. They also contain coenzyme Q10, bioperine and vitamin D.
Snap says on their website that this product ”promotes energy and vitality”, ”has anti-inflammatory properties” and ”targets tension and irritation.” The formula has a lot of high-antioxidant superfoods, and if taken regularly, could help support cardiovascular wellness and your immune system.
Ingredients List
- Blood Pressure Complex: 1550 mg
Olive Leaf Extract (40% Oleuropein), Organic Beet Root Powder, Odorless Garlic Extract (100:1), Hibiscus Flower Extract - Nitric Oxide Flow: 260 mg
Pomegranate Fruit Powder, Green Coffee Bean Extract (50% Chlorogenic Acids), Turmeric Extract (Curcuma Longa) (95% Curcuminoids), Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone), Bioperine Black Pepper Extract - Hawthorn Berry Extract: 100 mg
- Supplement Facts: Vitamin D-3 (as Cholecalciferol): 20 mcg, Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide): 50 mg, Chloride (as Potassium Chloride): 46 mg, Potassium (as Potassium Chloride): 50 mg
- Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source)
- Serving Size: 3 Capsules
Servings Per Container: 30
Customer Feedback on Effectiveness
There are currently over 4,000 ratings for Heart Health Support on Amazon, averaging 4.2 stars overall. 80% are 4 and 5-star reviews, with plenty of positive feedback on circulatory effects and other benefits from taking this supplement.
Some customers did report bad reactions though. With this many different ingredients, sensitivities or allergies could be behind some of the negative side effects. Others complained of no noticeable changes and felt the price was a bit high.
Consumer quotes:
- ”Been struggling with high BP for years. Usually in the 130-145/95-ish… I just tested after 5 days of taking them and it came in at 117/84. Can’t remember the last time my top number was under 120. I’m pretty stoked.”
- ”I thought that I’d try this SNAP Heart Health… I asked my doctor to look at the ingredients. He said that this looks great!”
- ”I used this to lower BP with other things. It did not work for me.”

Pros and Cons
Pros
- Snap has packed a lot into just three capsules with their Heart Health Support supplement. The 1,550 mg Blood Pressure Complex, with concentrated olive leaf extract, organic beet, odorless garlic, and hibiscus flower, would be particularly beneficial for healthy circulation.
- The Nitric Oxide Flow Complex is 260 mg but includes potent additions like pomegranate, green coffee bean, CoQ10, bioperine, and turmeric standardized to 95% curcuminoids.
- There is also 100 mg of hawthorn berry extract, a superfood often taken to support cardiovascular health, plus 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D3.
- Made in the USA in a cGMP facility. Lots of positive consumer feedback on Amazon, with many customers detailing good results from taking this product regularly.
Cons
- While this product has an ingredients list that’s full of high-antioxidant superfoods, your dosage wouldn’t be as high with capsule delivery as with Snap’s organic beetroot powders.
- Some consumers complain about a negative reaction after taking these pills. A couple of people reported taking the capsules with a meal fixed this issue for them.
- Costs more versus the best beets capsules reviewed here.
Snap Heart Health Capsules Verdict and Where to Get It
This product is a serious supplement for supporting cardiovascular health. The dosage is high for capsules and the ingredients list is packed with superfoods.
You can find Snap’s Heart Health pills here on Amazon. Consumer reports on there are positive and interesting, with some people even posting pictures of their before and after BP results.
4. Snap Nitric Oxide Gummies — Sugar Alcohols and Smaller Dosage
I’m not a fan of supplement gummies. There are usually so many unhealthy additives in them that they’re often little better than expensive candy.
Snap Supplements’ beet gummies are far from the worst I’ve seen. They don’t have added sugar like Havasu or Goli gummies, or the even more unhealthy glucose syrup found in the Simply Beets and VitaUp brands.
They are made with maltitol and isomalt though, and some people have digestive side effects with these sugar alcohols. The dosage is also quite small versus Snap’s Nitric Oxide Organic Beets powder and even the beet chews below.
Ingredients List
- Beet Root Extract: 300 mg
(4:1 Concentrate from 1,200 mg of Beet Root) - Pomegranate Juice Powder: 40 mg
- Snap NO Blend: 14 mg
(Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Turmeric Extract, Tart Cherry Powder, Blueberry Powder, Broccoli Powder, Kale Powder) - Supplement Facts: Calories: 15, Total Carbohydrates: 5 g, Total Sugars: 0 g
- Other Ingredients: Maltitol Syrup, Isomalt Powder, Purified Water, Pectin, Citric Acid, Natural Peach Flavor, Vegetable Oil (with Carnauba Wax)
- Serving Size: 2 Gummies
Servings Per Container: 30
Snap Heart Beets gummies are also available with identical ingredients. This brand’s Nitric Oxide gummies are much more popular though, and have more flavor options.
Customer Feedback on Taste and Effectiveness
Many customers seem to like this product as Snap Supplements’ beetroot gummies are popular on Amazon. There are currently over 5,500 ratings at 4.3 stars, with 83% of these 5 and 4-star feedback.
Example comments:
- ”My husband and I have been using this product for several months. My BP has gone down from 138/78 to 110/72 consistently.”
- ”It’s mildly sweet and hopefully really giving nitric oxide. Found contents of some bottles were somewhat dried out for gummies.”
- ”I like these but my doctor suggested trying the powder or capsules.”

Pros and Cons
Pros
- Probably the best ‘on paper’ ingredients list I’ve seen for a beet gummy product, with beetroot, pomegranate, green coffee bean extract, green tea extract, turmeric, tart cherry, blueberry, broccoli and kale. Unfortunately the dosage of these superfoods is quite low.
- Doesn’t contain added sugar or glucose syrup like many beet gummy competitor brands.
Cons
- Only 300 mg of organic beet extract and 40 mg of pomegranate juice powder per 2 gummy serving. The Snap NO Blend has many healthy superfoods but it’s just 14 mg.
- Maltitol syrup and isomalt powder can cause stomach upsets or digestive issues for some people. The amounts here are probably too low to affect most customers. Still, keep in mind that you’re getting more of these ‘other ingredients’ than beet and pomegranate if you choose gummies over powders or capsules.
- While it’s likely a very small amount in this formula for glazing, I think nutritional supplements should avoid using vegetable oil and carnauba wax.
Nitric Oxide Gummies Verdict and Where to Get Them
Beet gummies can make sense if you’re using them to replace candy, or if it’s the only way you’ll consistently take a beetroot supplement. If that’s the case, they’re available here on Amazon at a competitive price compared to inferior brands with more fattening and unhealthy additives.
Heart Health capsules above will give you a much higher dose of superfoods without the sugar alcohols though. And Snap’s organic beetroot powder has a 6,853 mg serving size versus just 354 mg with the gummies. Both seem like a much better choice nutritionally to me.
5. Nitric Oxide Support Beet Soft Chews — With Acai and CoQ10
Chewable beet supplements generally have the same issues as gummies. All the extra ingredients and additives needed to make them sweet, chewy and tasty aren’t usually that good for you.
Snap’s Nitric Oxide Beet chews do contain maltitol syrup, like their Nitric Oxide gummies, and palm oil (which I personally prefer to avoid due to its origins), but overall it’s one of the healthier beetroot chews I’ve seen on the market.
This product has a comparatively high dose of beet extract for a chewable and also contains high-antioxidant acai, plus heart-healthy coenzyme Q10.
Ingredients List
- Beet Root Extract: 1250 mg (4:1 Concentrate from 5,000 mg of Beet Root)
- Acai Powder: 100 mg
- Coenzyme Q10: 10 mg
- Supplement Facts: Calories: 35, Total Fat: 1 g, Saturated Fat: 0.5 g, Total Carbohydrates: 9 g, Total Sugars: 0 g (Includes 0 g Added Sugars), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid): 20 mg, Niacin (as Niacinamide): 8 mg, Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin): 5 mcg, Sodium: 30 mg
- Other Ingredients: Maltitol Syrup, Palm Oil, Gum Arabic, Natural Flavor, Mono and Diglycerides, Fruit and Vegetable Juice (color), Citric Acid, Sunflower Lecithin (emulsifier), Sea Salt, Rebaudioside A (Stevia Extract)
- Serving Size: 2 Chews
Servings Per Container: 30
The Snap website also offers Heart Beets chews. Only the packaging is different with this product though, ingredients and servings are the same.
Customer Feedback on Taste and Effectiveness
Nitric Oxide Beet Soft chews are rated 4.4 stars, with 85% of consumers giving them 4 and 5 stars. People generally seem to like the flavor and texture of these chewables and even the critical reviews didn’t seem that bad.
I searched for people experiencing negative side effects from taking this product but couldn’t find any. Most 1 and 2-star feedback was on the packaging and price.
Some examples:
- ”These are delicious! Even my beet-hating daughter loves these chews. No ‘earthy’ taste. Perfect amount of sweetness.”
- ”I did experience an energy boost for several hours after taking this product. It was pleasant, not a sugar rush or a caffeine boost. And I did not have any headache, stomach aches, abdominal pains, or other side effects.”
- ”Very happy with this beet supplement with COQ10. It tastes good and is easy to take… Have noticed changes in my gut health and endurance when working out. Be careful not to take more than 2 chews a day as it can cause a laxative effect.”

Pros and Cons
Pros
- 1,250 mg of beetroot extract, 100 mg of acai and 10 mg of CoQ10. Added vitamin C, niacin and vitamin B12.
- Much higher beet root extract dosage versus Snap’s gummies. If you were deciding only between these two options, the chews would be the better choice.
- Positive customer feedback on Amazon regarding both the taste and effectiveness of these chewable supplements.
Cons
- Made with maltitol syrup, a sugar alcohol that can cause digestive upsets at high doses. This product also contains palm oil, gum Arabic, sunflower lecithin and stevia.
- Snap’s Nitric Oxide powder is a more potent superfood supplement, with 6,853 mg of organic beets, pomegranate juice and high-nitrate red spinach extract per serving. Despite this, it’s currently cheaper for the same 30-day supply.
Snap Beet Soft Chews Verdict and Where to Get Them
If you’ve decided you’d rather take beet chews over capsules or powders, then the Snap brand is one of the better choices on the market. You can find them here on this Amazon page (beside the beetroot powders) with over 15,000 customer ratings, pictures and experiences.
While I do think other supplemental beetroot forms are superior, these soft chewables are objectively healthier than most other competitors, such as Mega Beets or Super Beets chews.
Which Snap Supplements Beet Products Would I Choose?
Snap’s Nitric Oxide range of beetroot supplements are some of the best on the market in 2026. This company seems to take customer health seriously and has put real thought into their formulas. Fillers and additives are kept to a minimum too.
After all my of research on this brand, here are my top 3 Snap beet supplements:
- Nitric Oxide Organic Beet powder is Snap’s standout product in my opinion. It’s good value, has a larger serving size than most competitors, and lots of positive consumer ratings and feedback. The combination of organic beets, pomegranate juice, and extra nitrates from OxyStorm red spinach extract makes this powdered reds supplement beneficial for blood flow and overall cardiovascular support. You can see it here on this popular Amazon page.
- I think this brand’s Nitric Oxide Pre Workout product is a solid choice as well, particularly for regular gym-goers, runners and athletes. It’s got a range of nutritious ingredients and should be especially energizing before a workout or exercise. You can find it here on Amazon and read customer opinions and results.
- If I wanted capsules, then I’d go with the Heart Health Support supplement. The dosage isn’t as high as with the powders, but the wide range of superfoods it contains makes it superior to regular beet pills. It’s available here if you’d like to try it for yourself.
I can’t recommend the gummies or chews because Snap’s organic powders and beet capsules offer far more nutrition, without all the additives, for a similar monthly cost. For example, their Organic Beet, Pomegranate Juice and Oxystorm powder gives you a 6,853 mg serving of red superfoods, compared to just 354 mg in the gummies.
That said, if you only wanted gummies or chews, Snap Supplements makes some of the better ones I’ve seen. Between the Beet Soft chews and Snap’s Nitric Oxide gummies, the chews would win out with a much higher dosage and better ingredients.
Overall though, the Nitric Oxide powder is Snap’s best organic beetroot supplement, the Pre Workout product is ideal for extra energy and before exercise, and Heart Health Support is a great choice if you prefer to take capsules.
Thank you for reading my review of Snap’s Nitric Oxide beet supplements. I hope it’s been helpful and am happy to answer any questions in the comments below. If you’re still looking to compare brands, I’ve covered the top 12 beet powders here and the best beet root capsules in this guide.
