NUU3 Nature’s SuperFuel vs Balance of Nature: Are They Any Good?

The company NUU3 makes a fruit and vegetable supplement with similar ingredients to Balance of Nature which they call Nature’s Superfuel. It has 120 capsules and comes with a 60-day guarantee, but is it worth taking?

This review of NUU3 Nature’s Superfuel compares it with Balance of Nature’s ingredients, pros and cons, costs to take, potential side effects, and has a verdict on each one’s effectiveness.

What is NUU3 Nature’s Superfuel?

Nature’s Superfuel capsules are a blend of 18 different powdered greens, fruits and vegetables from the brand NUU3. It’s available in a container of 120 capsules and the company suggest taking 4 caps a day for a 30-day supply.

According to their website, all NUU3 products are made in America, non-GMO and gluten-free. In 2026, this brand also makes apple cider vinegar gummies, green tea and ashwagandha supplements, gut health and liver formulas, and NUU3 Super Greens powder.

What is Balance of Nature?

Fruits & Veggies by Balance of Nature is made from 31 different powdered fruits and vegetables. The product is sold in 2 different containers and there are 180 capsules in total. It’s recommended to take 6 caps a day, 3 of both Veggies and Fruits, for a month-long supply.

The Balance of Nature company says that its products are non-GMO, third-party tested, gluten-free, and without chemicals or additives. They also state that all the produce they use is picked at peak ripeness and freeze-dried to retain the most nutritional benefits.

Both of these supplements contain similar powdered vegetables and fruits. So which one is better for you comparing the two brands?

Which Ingredients List is Better?

Balance of Nature’s ingredients list covers all of the additions in NUU3’s Fruit and Vegetable Blend. The Pure Greens Blend in Nature’s Superfuel is better with standouts like parsley, celery seed and shatavari root.

The BoN’s Fruits & Veggies label does list superfoods not found in NUU3’s supplement though, such as aloe vera, cranberry, grapefruit, shiitake mushroom and wheatgrass.

One Balance of Nature negative for me personally is that the Veggies product contains raw soybean. Soy is an allergenic food with anti-nutrients that many customers want to avoid. It’s likely a small component within each capsule, but it’s still a strange addition when most supplement brands go out of their way to market themselves as soy-free.

Overall, I think there are many better Balance of Nature alternatives here than both of these overpriced fruit and veggie vitamins.

What’s Better than Both Nature’s Superfuel and Balance of Nature?

The US company Clean Nutra makes a competitor whole food supplement called PhytoFuel that is cheaper and objectively much better than both Balance of Nature and NUU3 Nature’s Superfuel.

There are over 70 fruits, greens, vegetables and herbs in Clean Nutra PhytoFuel. It also contains probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes and piperine for improved nutrient absorption.

Despite this, you can get Phyto-Fuel for around a third of the cost of Balance of Nature’s overpriced pills. It’s also much less than NUU3’s veggie vitamins and is available here on the brand’s website. There’s also extra deductions for the multipacks.

It’s worth comparing Texas Superfood versus Balance of Nature as well. This popular brand has a much more extensive list of ingredients than Nature’s SuperFuel and is less than Fruits & Veggies.

Comparing Monthly Costs

Nature’s Superfuel is sold on the NUU3 website for $49.99. That works out to $1.66 per daily dosage. You can’t get it at Walmart, Costco, Walgreens, GNC, Target or CVS.

Balance of Nature is available for $89.95 the company’s website at balanceofnature.com. Walmart has also started stocking this brand, though Fruits & Veggies is often out of stock there when I check.

At $2.99 per daily dose, Balance of Nature is an expensive product to take. It’s hard to justify this price point versus the many other good Fruits & Veggies substitutes and equivalent products available in 2026.

Potential Side Effects

NUU3 lists no side effects for Nature’s Superfuel on their website and the ingredients should not cause problems for most people. The cruciferous vegetables it contains may sometimes lead to digestive upsets if taken on an empty stomach, but powdered whole foods are usually much easier to digest.

Due to the added soybean, Fruits & Veggies should be avoided by people with a soy allergy. Some Balance of Nature complaints by customers also mention heartburn and an upset tummy as possible side effects of taking these veggie pills.

Pros and Cons of NUU3 Nature’s SuperFuel

Pros

• Healthy ingredients that are similar to Balance of Nature for $30 less per month.
• Made in America, non-GMO and offers a 60-day guarantee.

Cons

• The suggested 4 veggie capsule dose per day provides 2,800 mg of powdered whole foods. This compares with Balance of Nature’s 6 capsule 4,021 mg daily dose.
• The other ingredients section of Nature’s Superfuel supplement facts label has the filler brown rice bran and the additive silicon dioxide. By comparison, the only other addition on the Balance of Nature ingredient label is the vegetable cellulose that their capsules are made of.

Pros and Cons of Balance of Nature

Pros

• There are 31 fruits and veggies in the Balance of Nature formula, versus 18 in NUU3 Nature’s Superfuel. This product is also filler-free and provides a larger daily dose.

Cons

• $30 more expensive. Contains raw soybean as an ingredient. Does not offer a 60-day refunds like the NUU3 brand.

A Review of the NUU3 Brand

The NUU3 website is well-designed and visually attractive to browse. That said, I did notice some potential issues when researching this supplement brand.

At one point in the Nature’s SuperFuel product description, halfway down the page, the statement is made that, “Nature’s Superfuel is packed with premium organic extracts from the purest sources.” Yet this is only mentioned once and not listed on the nutrition facts label, where organic ingredient sourcing would usually be proudly stated.

Another section highlighting nutritional benefits says, “phytonutrients such as lutein and quercetin strengthen your immunity.” This may be true, but the specific foods in these NUU3 pills would contain only trace amounts of these nutrients.

Overall, there’s not a lot of useful product information for potential customers on why NUU3 Nature’s SuperFuel would be worth taking versus other fruit and vegetable supplements with better ingredients and lower monthly costs.

NUU3 Supplement Range

Other products sold by NUU3 include their Super Greens powder and Liver Health 365 capsules, which are both quite good formulas at a reasonable retail price that I’d consider taking.

However, their Green Pura green tea extract, Gut Health 365 pills and Ashwagandha KSM-66 capsules are underdosed and overpriced in my opinion. NUU3 also sell GLP 365, a berberine-based GLP-1 support formula that’s more than double the cost of similar products from competitors.

The worst product in the NUU3 range though is also the one the company seems most intent on promoting on their website — NUU3 Apple Cider Gummies. The 1 gram of ACV powder that 2 of these gummies contain won’t do much for anyone, and the first 3 ‘other ingredients’ are glucose syrup, sugar and glucose. This is more expensive candy than health supplement.

It’s well known by nutritional experts that supplemental gummies are usually far from healthy. There are rare exceptions, like these top 2 beetroot gummies, but as a general rule, products like NUU3 Apple Cider Gummies should be avoided.

Balance of Nature versus NUU3 Nature’s Superfuel: The Verdict

Balance of Nature does contain some good superfoods alongside quite a few commonly eaten vegetables and fruit. It’s difficult to justify its high price point though, especially compared to superior competitors, like Clean Nutra PhytoFuel available here on their website for significantly less.

It shouldn’t be that hard to beat Balance of Nature’s Fruits & Veggies, but NUU3 comes up short with Nature’s Superfuel. This product is still overpriced compared to the cheaper and better Balance of Nature alternatives here and the 12 super fruit and veggie supplements in this guide.

If you’d be open to taking a great-tasting green powder instead of capsules, Brickhouse Nutrition’s Field of Greens is also a far healthier and better value option with a much larger daily dose of superfoods.

With more than a decade of experience researching and analyzing whole food supplements, I personally wouldn’t recommend either NUU3 Nature’s Superfuel or Balance of Nature for my family or friends. You can find much better Fruits & Veggies substitutes and similar competitors in 2026.
