Earth Energy Raw Reds Review: Pros & Cons, Side Effects & Comparison
Nutritional products made from powdered reds are becoming more popular in 2026. Unlike green powders, red supplement formulas are usually focused on providing high levels of antioxidants from polyphenol-rich fruits, berries and vegetables.
The supplement company Earth Energy Natural Nutrition makes a superfood powder called Raw Reds. They say their product, “provides a natural boost of energy while promoting overall wellness.”
They also state on their website that it has, “natural metabolism-boosting ingredients, and probiotics to support nitric oxide production and optimal vitality.”
According to Earth Energy, this red antioxidant powder is made in the USA in a cGMP-certified and FDA-registered manufacturing facility. The company also says it comes with a 60-day guarantee.
What exactly is in Raw Reds though and does it really work to give you energy and help you lose weight? Also ahead are its pros and cons, potential side effects, customer reviews and a comparison with Vital Reds by Gundry MD, Energy Renew, Ludley Care Reds and Raw Life Organics Raw Red Juice.

Earth Energy Raw Reds Pros and Cons
Pros
- The primary polyphenol blend in this red powder has a lot of high-antioxidant berries, veggies and fruits, such as acai, black currant, blueberry, beetroot and pomegranate.
- The metabolic blend, while lower in weight, includes thermogenic herbs like cinnamon, green tea, ginger, turmeric and bitter melon. Ayurvedic shilajit is also a welcome addition.
- Customer feedback on the Earth Energy site is positive for the taste of Raw Reds, with comments like “tastes good” and “really good flavor, easy to use.”
Cons
- With a net weight of 120 grams and 30 servings, the daily dosage of Raw Reds is 4 grams. That’s not much more than capsule-based supplements like Balance of Nature or SuperBeets. By comparison, Brickhouse Nutrition Field of Greens provides a 10-gram daily dose of both red and green superfoods.
- More expensive than competitors like Raw Life Organics Raw Red Juice or Ludley Care below. Though less than Gundry MD Vital Reds or Energy Renew.
Can Red Superfood Powders Work for Weight Loss?
Polyphenol powders like Raw Reds can potentially support weight loss efforts as part of a healthy diet. This meta-analysis of 40 clinical trials concluded that increased polyphenol intake produced a statistically significant reduction in waist circumference, body weight and body mass index (BMI) in obese people.
Earth Energy Raw Reds also contains herbs known to boost metabolism, such as cinnamon, green tea, ginger, turmeric and black pepper.
No supplement alone can make you lose weight though, especially if you’re eating junk foods and drinking sugary sodas. At best Raw Reds could provide a little extra help, but only once you’ve taken care of weight loss basics, like diet, exercise and getting enough sleep.
Potential Side Effects from Raw Reds
Earth Energy doesn’t mention any side effects for their super reds powder on the product page. There are, however, a few potential precautions based on the ingredients list.
- Importantly, people being treated for cardiovascular conditions should consult their GP before taking this, or any other supplement high in polyphenols for possible interactions.
- Raw Reds would contain a small amount of caffeine from green tea. It also has other energizing herbs like ginger, turmeric, bitter melon and black pepper. Given this, it should not be taken in the evening.
- Prebiotics like oat hull fiber and inulin can cause bloating and intestinal gas in sensitive people. This side effect usually subsides quickly but is worth being aware of.

Raw Reds Customer Reviews
Raw Reds superfood powder is only sold on the Earth Energy supplement website. Therefore this is the only place to find consumer feedback.
I’m quite skeptical of buyer comments published on product pages, but in this case there is a mix of 5-star, 3-star and even 1-star ratings under ‘Product Testimonials’ for Raw Reds.
Here’s a sample of recent reviews by verified customers on the Earth Energy supplement store:
- Ben: “I have not been able to tell if it gives me more energy. If it has, the results have been subtle.”
- Steve: “I’ve seen my energy level increase and generally feeling better after taking Raw Reds regularly for almost one month. I noticed the difference in the second and third weeks.”
- Debbi: “Disappointed the container was half full.”
4 Alternatives to Earth Energy Raw Reds
Here are 4 similar polyphenol powder competitors to Raw Reds and how they compare in 2026.
1. Raw Life Organics Raw Red Juice vs Earth Energy Raw Reds
The company Raw Life Organics makes a direct competitor to Raw Reds called Red Juice Mix. This product uses all organic ingredients, is dairy, soy and gluten-free, non-GMO and made in America in Boca Raton, Florida.
Red Juice comes in a much bigger size of 8 oz (228 g) versus Raw Reds at 4.23 oz (120 g). The recommended serving size is significantly larger as well at 7.6 grams.
Comparing ingredient lists, Raw Life Organics Raw Red Juice has a simpler formula. It’s a stronger one though as it focuses on just a handful of potent superfoods.
The Supplement Facts label shows beet, hawthorn berry, pomegranate, maca, eleutherococcus root, mango polyphenol extract and Peak O2 (a blend of medicinal mushrooms).
The fact that all of these antioxidant-rich ingredients are organic makes Raw Red Juice superior to Earth Energy Raw Reds in my opinion. It’s also ten dollars less for a much bigger container and serving size.
2. Gundry MD Vital Reds vs Raw Reds
Vital Reds by Dr. Stephen Gundry is the original polyphenol blend. It’s been around for many years and its popularity has spawned many imitators like Raw Reds by Earth Energy.
Which one is better though in a direct comparison? Here’s the main difference between these two red powders:
- Raw Reds comes in an 4.23 oz (120 g) tub and has an 4 g serving size. That compares with Vital Reds 4 oz (112 g) container and 3.765 g serving size.
- Vital Reds 1.76g polyphenol blend is slightly stronger nutritionally than the 2g blend in Earth Energy’s red powder. It has superfoods like aronia berry, acerola, blackberry and cranberry not found in Earth Energy’s reds.
- Raw Reds has a very similar metabolic blend to Gundry’s Reds, but it’s a little better with the addition of shilajit.
- Both products have the same 3 billion CFU probiotics, though Earth Energy has more strains. Raw Reds also has more prebiotics (700mg vs 250mg).
- Vital Reds does include B vitamins, selenium and chromium not found in the Earth Energy alternative.

Overall these are very similar polyphenol blend powders. Earth Energy Raw Reds is bigger and cheaper though at $50.95 versus $69.95 for Gundry MD Vital Reds.
There’s even better Raw Reds and Vital Reds alternatives here with a full comparison of ingredients, costs and pros and cons.
3. Energy Renew versus Raw Reds
Customers also compare Gundry MD Energy Renew with Earth Energy Raw Reds. These are two very different types of nutritional products though.
Unlike Vital Reds, which is a true red polyphenol powder, Energy Renew is primarily a D-ribose supplement.
D-ribose is used by your body to make adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main energy source for cellular functions, and Energy Renew contains 5000 mg of it.
The other main ingredient is 500 mg of N-Acetyl L-Carnitine, another energy promotor. There’s just 300mg of Polyphenol Blend in Gundry’s Energy Renew. Far too small an amount to compare with the combined 2400mg in Earth Energy Raw Reds.
4. Earth Energy Raw Reds vs Ludley Care Raw Reds
Ludley Care is another whole food supplement company that either has the same business owners as Earth Energy, or is shamelessly copying them.
The two companies use the same green leaf logo and Ludley Care Raw Reds, Super Powder and Fruits & Veggies capsules are direct copies of Raw Reds, Power Greens and Earth Energy Fruits & Veggies respectively.
Ludley Care Raw Reds appears to be an updated version of the older Earth Energy formula and is objectively better. Here are the main changes with Raw Reds by Ludley Care:
- Added B vitamins, selenium and chromium.
- 2150mg polyphenol blend vs 2000mg in Earth Energy and more red fruits and berries added.
- 465mg metabolic blend vs 400mg in Raw Reds powder.
- No oat hull fiber and less inulin (100mg compared to 700mg). This could be a pro or con depending on your personal preference.
- Unlike Earth Energy, Ludley Care Raw Reds is sweetened with just stevia and there is no citric acid or tart cherry flavoring.
In my opinion, the ingredients in Ludley Care Raw Reds are slightly better than Earth Energy Raw Reds in a direct comparison. It’s also currently ten dollars less.
Unfortunately, it also comes in a smaller size of 2.91 oz (82.5g) versus 4.23 oz (120g) for Earth Energy’s powdered reds. With this weight difference taken into account, it no longer looks like such a good alternative.
Earth Energy Raw Reds Verdict
Raw Reds powder is the best of the products offered by the Earth Energy Natural Nutrition company. Their Power Greens, Colostrum, Collagen and Joint Support supplements are all over overpriced. While their flagship Earth Energy Fruits & Veggies whole food capsules are so poor they’re even worse than Balance of Nature.
The antioxidant-rich ingredients in this polyphenol blend should have beneficial effects when taken regularly, particularly for people not already eating a diet high in colorful fruits, vegetables and berries. The metabolism-boosting herbal blend may help with weight loss efforts as well.
All that said, this is not a budget reds supplement. Raw Life Organics Raw Red Juice compared above is bigger and objectively better than Earth Energy Raw Reds at a lower cost per month.
While both 1UP Nutrition Greens and Reds and Field of Greens reviewed here, have a wider range of superfoods, and much larger daily dosages than Raw Reds at a similar price point. I’d personally chose one of those, or the Raw Life Organics alternative, over Earth Energy Raw Reds in 2026.
