Healthy Delights Nature Fuel and Nature’s Sunshine are two nutritional companies that both make popular beetroot supplements called Power Beets. They are quite different products though and would suit different kinds of customers.
In this Power Beets guide, I’ll compare these two brands and their ingredients, additives, pros and cons, costs to take, and give a verdict on which one is better value.

What’s in Nature Fuel Power Beets and Is It Good for You?
Nature Fuel Power Beets is a powdered beetroot supplement from the brand Healthy Delights. It comes in a 11.6-oz black tub and has 60 servings of 5.5 grams for a 2 month supply.
Healthy Delights calls this product ‘Circulation Superfood’ in their marketing and have pictures of beetroot, pomegranate and acai berry on the label. Though inside the container there’s just beet powder and most of it is not organic.

Pros and Cons
Pros
- 60 servings of 4.3 grams of beetroot powder at a reasonable price in an 11.6-ounce tub.
- A portion of the ‘Power Beets Blend’ is organic and fermented beets, although it’s a smaller amount than the regular non-GMO beet powder which is listed first.
- Gluten-free, vegan, no added sugar, and free from artificial sweeteners, flavors and colors, according to the Nature Fuel website and product images.
Cons
- 5,500 mg serving size yet Nature Fuel’s Power Beets blend is 4,300 mg. The 1,200 mg difference must logically be made up of the ‘other ingredients’ which include flavorings, guar gum, citric acid, stevia and silica.
- The red beets used in beetroot supplements in America are not usually genetically modified, so having non-GMO on the nutrition facts panel isn’t really relevant. More importantly, most of the beetroot powder used in Nature Fuel Power Beets is not organic.
Nature Fuel Power Beets Circulation Superfood Verdict
Nature Fuel Power Beets powder is available here on Amazon. It will last you 2 months and currently works out to about 42 cents per day to take at the recommended dosage. It’s also usually available for a little more at Walmart and the Vitamin Shoppe, but I couldn’t see it at Costco, Target, GNC or other large stores.
This beet supplement powder currently has a 4.6-star rating on Amazon from around 11,000 customer reviews. It’s obviously popular and many people say they like both the taste and the beneficial effects they get from taking this product regularly.
In my opinion, both Total Beets powder, and particularly Nutricost’s Organic Beets below, are both healthier products and better value. You can see the comparisons with these Power Beets competitors ahead in this guide.
Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets Superfood Performance Booster Review
Nature’s Sunshine is more of a premium supplement brand than Nature’s Fuel. Their website offers many different nutritional products and they have a decades-long company history with a strong focus on using only natural ingredients.
This brand’s Power Beets formula has a lot more in it than Nature Fuel’s version, with pomegranate juice, green coffee bean extract, turmeric, grape seed extract, green tea, blueberry and other superfoods joining red beet on the supplement facts label. There are a few issues with it though that I’ll cover ahead.

Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets Superfood Performance Booster comes in both a 7.4 oz ‘Power Pouch’ and single-serving ‘To-Go Stick Packs.’ The ingredients are the same with the stick pack version, and it’s slightly cheaper to get. But there are just 24 servings with the sticks, versus 30 in the pouch, so they works out more costly overall.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets has a range of potent superfoods in its 5.4 g Proprietary Nitric Oxide Blend. I particularly like the pomegranate juice concentrate, green coffee bean, turmeric, blueberry and grape seed extract additions. It also has vitamin C and B vitamins.
- The Nature’s Sunshine website states that they use “high elevation, nitrate-rich Tibetan beetroot” that’s sustainably harvested in this product. They also say they do “300+ tests on every batch to guarantee quality.”
Cons
- The 5.4-gram Proprietary Nitric Oxide Blend is the main ingredient in this product but the serving size is 7 grams. Therefore 1.6 grams per serving will be from the other ingredients like natural flavors, guar gum, citric acid and silica.
- The second largest ingredient in this product is fructooligosaccharides (FOS). It’s generally considered a beneficial probiotic, but can cause gastrointestinal side effects like bloating and bad gas in larger doses. Supplements with FOS should be avoided by people with IBS and those on a low-FODMAP diet.
- Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets only has 30 servings versus the 60 in Nature Fuel’s Power Beets. Despite this, it’s considerably more expensive.
- Small amounts of caffeine would be present due to the green coffee bean and green tea ingredients. This should be listed as some people experience negative side effects from this stimulant.
Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets Verdict
Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets is a premium powdered beetroot and superfoods blend with a price tag to match. If you can afford to take it regularly it would be beneficial for improving nitric oxide production and increasing your intake of antioxidants and other valuable nutrients.
You can find it here on Amazon, where it’s usually cheaper than on the Nature’s Sunshine website. Based just on ingredients, it’s a high-quality and healthy beet supplement.
If it were me though, I’d rather take Snap’s Nitric Oxide Blend below, which also has pomegranate juice and high-nitrate red spinach extract for around half the monthly cost.
Nature Fuel Power Beets vs Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets
Despite sharing the same Power Beets branding, these two products are quite different. Here’s a comparison between them in the factors that matter when choosing a powdered beet supplement.
Ingredients and Serving Size
A 5.5 g serving of Nature Fuel Power Beets is 4.3 g of beetroot powder and 1.2 g of additives like citric acid, guar gum and natural flavors. There are no extra ingredients apart from a small amount of vitamin C and magnesium.
By comparison, a 7 g serving of Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets is 5.4 g of ‘Proprietary Nitric Oxide Blend’, which is predominantly beetroot and FOS, alongside other superfoods like pomegranate juice, green coffee bean, turmeric and grape seed extract. There’s also 1.6 grams of additives and added vitamin C, D3, B vitamins and magnesium.
Servings Per Container and Monthly Cost
Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets has 30 servings in the tub and currently works out at $2.24 a day to take at the recommended dosage.
Nature Fuel’s version of Power Beets has 60 servings in its larger container and goes for a lower price. It works out at $0.42 per daily dose over a two month period.
Which Power Beets are Best?
Purely based on its ingredients, Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets is the better beetroot supplement. It has added pomegranate juice, prebiotic FOS and other superfoods like green coffee bean and grape seed extract. It’s one of the more expensive beet powders on the market though.
Nature Fuel Power Beets is better value at less than half the price and double the servings per container. But it’s still just a regular beet powder with a comparatively high amount of additives and there are many better competitors in 2026.
Next I’ll compare both Power Beets powders with some of the more popular beetroot powder alternative brands and see how they measure up.
Power Beets vs Nitric Oxide Blend by Snap Supplements
American brand Snap Supplements have a popular Nitric Oxide Blend powder made from organic beetroot, organic pomegranate juice and red spinach extract. It’s high in nitrates and also contains piperine for nutrient absorption, B vitamins and vitamin C.
In my opinion, this is a more potent, beet-based nitric oxide formula than Power Beets by Nature’s Sunshine. It’s also much cheaper here on their Amazon store.
Snap’s Nitric Oxide Blend is probably the best tasting beetroot powder I’ve ever tried and a good choice for people worried about beet’s earthy flavor.
Nutricost Organic Beetroot Powder vs Power Beets
Unlike all the other brands in this guide, Nutricost offers a product that has nothing else inside the container but pure organic beetroot powder. There are no fillers, flavorings, sweeteners or additives of any kind in this supplement.
Nutricost’s powdered organic beets have 91 servings in the large blue tub, yet it’s cheaper than Nature Fuel Power Beets and around a third of the cost of Nature’s Sunshine’s beetroot powder, which only has 30 servings.

SuperBeets vs Power Beets
SuperBeets Heart Powder by the nutritional company Humann was one of the first beetroot supplements on the market. It’s very popular, but in my opinion this brand is riding more on its reputation and marketing than on ingredients or value.
SuperBeets powder has a 5-gram serving size, most of which would be non-GMO beetroot, but it also contains additives like black cherry flavor, malic acid, magnesium ascorbate and stevia.
There are 30 servings in a tub of SuperBeets versus 60 in Power Beets by Nature Fuel. Yet Power Beets currently costs around $13 less than SuperBeets, making it much better value on a cost-per-serve basis.
Power Beets vs Total Beets
Total Beets by Force Factor is another popular beetroot supplement brand. It comes in different product weights but the best comparison with Nature Fuel Power Beets would be the larger 15.9 ounce tub of organic Total Beets powder.
This product is cheaper, bigger and better by any objective comparison. It’s made from organically-grown beetroots, has 90 servings in the container, yet still goes for a lower price.

Nu-Therapy Power Beets Circulation Superfood Comparison
The brand Healthy Delights also sells a beetroot powder with the rather long-winded name of Nu-Therapy Power Beets Circulation Superfood. It’s currently out of stock on Amazon, but I could still see it available at Walmart.
This product is identical ingredients wise to their newer Nature Fuel Power Beets formula, though comes in a smaller 5.8 oz tub with 30 servings. Since it works out at a higher cost per serving than the Nature Fuel version, there’s no reason to get Nu-Therapy Power Beets unless you’re specifically looking for a single month’s supply of powdered beets.
Are Healthy Delights Power Beets Chews Still Available?
Power Beets Soft Chews used to be sold by Healthy Delights but they are out of stock on every retail outlet that I checked and are no longer showing on the company’s website. That’s a good thing as this product was primarily high glycemic tapioca syrup, cane sugar, palm oil and other unhealthy additives and sweeteners.
SuperBeets Chews are available and very popular. They are a bit better than Power Beets Chews, but still have too many sweeteners and additives to pass as a health supplement in my opinion. A good organic beetroot powder will provide a much higher dosage and far more nutritional benefits, without all of the unnecessary sugar and calories in chewable beet supplements.
Can You Get Power Beets Gummies or Capsules?
Some people ask if there are Power Beets gummies, but no such product has ever been made by Nature Fuel, Nature’s Sunshine or any other brand. Nutritional gummies are generally a bit of a scam, but I did find 2 healthier beet gummies in this guide.
Nitro Power Beets capsules were once available but this brand has gone out of business. There has never been a capsule version of Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets or Nature Fuel. Both brands focus on selling powdered beetroot supplements.
If you’d prefer to take beetroot pills rather than powders, this guide has the 10 best beet capsules on the market, and 5 that should be avoided.
Power Beets Verdict
Nature Fuel Power Beets comes in a 11.6 ounce tub and offers 60 servings of beetroot powder. It’s available here on Amazon at better value than many brands like SuperBeets. There are even better alternatives available though in 2026, such as Nutricost above with 91 servings of certified organic beet powder, no additives, and a lower price.
Nature’s Sunshine Power Beets is better than Nature Fuel Power Beets from a nutritional perspective with its prebiotic FOS, pomegranate juice and other superfoods. It’s smaller and three times more expensive though, and it’s hard to justify this price tag when there are better organic brands, like Total Beets or Snap’s Nitric Oxide Blend above, available for much less.
Overall, neither version of Power Beets can be recommended. This new guide has 12 better beetroot powder brands than either Nature’s Sunshine or Nature Fuel in 2026.
